Orders & Shipping

1. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! Whether you're near or far, we’re excited to bring the energy of crystals to you.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 3-6 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary based on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays, but usually take 4–9 business days.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. For international orders, additional duties or taxes may apply upon delivery.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.

 

Returns & Exchanges

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

  • Domestic Orders: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused, original-condition items.
  • International Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@beatrizsinger.com within 3 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Yes! All our crystals are 100% natural and carefully curated to ensure the highest quality and energy.

7. How do I care for my crystal jewelry?

To maintain your crystal’s beauty and energy:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals.
  • Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  • Cleanse your crystal periodically by placing it under running water.

 

Policies & Support

8. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us at support@beatrizsinger.com within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.

9. Are international orders subject to customs fees?

Yes, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

10. Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure timely shipping. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately. While we strive to accommodate cancellations, we cannot guarantee orders modifications or cancellations once processing has begun.


For the best chance of cancellation, we recommend reaching out within 30 minutes of placing your order. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Our crystals help restore balance and empower your well-being. We recommend wearing them daily to stay balanced, meditating with them to connect to their harmonious vibrations, and/or placing them in your space to attract and radiate the best energies.
